From summer to autumn. The season is slowly but surely changing. I believe that seasonal food is the most beneficial for body as our bodies are affected by the seasonal changes.

I added some nectarines for Coco's dinner today. A bit of change and looks very tasty. During the summer, our body tends to get dehydrated and tends to get a lot of damage on our skin. So same as dogs. Nectarines will help to hydrate the body and give lots of vitamins that is important for the body to mend the damages. Tasty and nutritious fruit of the day!
