So here is the recipe for raw birthday cake!
I used Honey's free range duck raw meal to make this raw cake perfectly nutritious as well as easy to prepare. They look so nice and are actually so fun to make! You can just change what you use to make more variations!
- Hazel & Cashew herbal butter ( please go to the link and see how to make)
- Flax seed oil or hemp seed oil ( or any oil you wish)
- Pre-made raw meal ( this is the key as it will contain some bones and some vegetables, but make sure you use the good quality one like Honey's)
- Coconuts shreds
- Very thin slice of venison steak ( or any other meal as you wish)
- Round metal mould
- Kefir yogurt
1: Cover the bottom of the mould with cling film or foil
2: Put some flax seed oil in the mould so it is easy to take out
3: Put nuts herbal butter on the bottom
4: Sprinkle some coconut shreds
5: Put some ground mince (with bone and some veg)
6: Put thin-sliced venison steak
7: Glaze a little flax seed oil and decorate with berries
You can put some kefir yogurt on the plate and make some patterns with berry juice and put the raw cake on top! When you take out the cake from the mould, take the cover and gently press down. It should easily come out.
