I see lots of dandelions in a field and that makes my heart filled with happiness. Dandelion is one of the most underestimated herbs. Full of nutritions and great tonic herbs which you can harvest by yourself.
I dehydrated flowers, leaves and in winter I make a tincture from the root.
So today, I made a butternut squash, carrot and dandelion smoothie. Just so bright and beautiful. I added some red clover tea and over ripe apple as well and my dogs love it so much.
