☆Lamb lung 1 pair
☆Some dried herbs
☆Slice the lung in 5mm to 1cm and put them on the tray. If you do this job when they are half frozen, it is easy! Be mindful how thick you slice. If it is too thick, it takes ages to properly dry.
☆Sprinkle herbs you choose. I used kelp, ginger, milk thistle for one lung and fennel seeds rose hips and calendula petals for another lung.
☆ Dehydrate until they are really light and crunchy.
